Product Details

Fly Ash bricks are made of fly ash, lime, gypsum and sand. The raw materials are blended in desired proportions in a Pan mixer for 4-5 minutes and compressed. They undergo curing for a minimum of 14 days and are then air dried for 7 days. Strength of these bricks can be engineered by varying the compositions.With the rotating of distributor's teeth, the materials are fed into the mold compulsorily. Then the upper mold goes down, and the mold vibrates at the same time. Generally speaking, the bricks will be finished in 15–40 seconds. And the molding cycle is decided by the models of the block machine.Advantages. It reduces dead load on structures due to light weight (2.6 kg, dimension: 230 mm X 110 mm X 70 mm). Due to high strength, practically no breakage during transport and use. Due to uniform size of bricks mortar required for joints and plaster reduces almost by 50%.
